taking a small break from mugging... time for a small update..
if ling hadn't msg me wishing me ' a happy children day', i wun haf realised its October oready.. busy busy week, no time to update.. i can't wait for consumer behavior test to end this coming sat.. finally done with the flavour report.. flavour science is fun, but the lab report is so chim..
anyway, i had lotsa fun doing flavour lab today.. we were all given different task to work on for the lab today.. our group was suay but quite lucky to be the first to do the most tedious method of extraction (Liker-Nickenson).. obviously, none of us knew how it works.. so we merely followed the steps written on the lab manual.. den, prof hanny came over our table at one point in time and nearly made all of us faint.. i wun elaborate further since its so technical.. but well, luckily jorry was ard to calm us down.. phew, we tot we need to repeat the whole experiment.. while we were doing the experiment half way, a funny smell filled the whole lab.. ha, its the smell of 'fang pi'.. can u imagine, how smelly it was?! haha~ everyone's eyes were at us, accusing us for the smell.. but in the end, we found that it came from Ren Hui group's experiment.. the odor is actually due to over-heating clove solution.. *amazed*
7 weeks to exams.. 9 weeks to end of the sem.. 11 weeks to christmas 12 weeks to end of 2007.. did u realised it?
